BoxFit is a boxing-based workout for any age or ability. We make it simple with basic moves in a unique interval training workout format. Every week the workout changes and its custom made in class to accommodate any injuries or fitness concerns you may have. Not ONLY are we having a great workout, but you can do so with other people interested in friends. These community events are a great way to meet others, so your training goals are able to be accomplished together! PLUS we'll give you a week of meal planning just for attending!
