Owner An Bui is passionate about libations and does right by his regulars and the community, holding benefits for things as varied as typhoon relief to a Dave Brockie memorial. Not a beer lover? There's wine on tap too. (Not to mention some comforting pho available for any hangovers.) Bui becomes a double threat to the category when his brewpub the Answer opens beside the restaurant this summer. Balliceaux is a purveyor of scrumptious cocktails and killer bands. We aren't sure what's more creative — the drinks or the entertainment. Fan mainstay Buddy’s is still near and dear to your hearts.
