The bigger, brighter sibling of Mamma ’Zu brings some of the Oregon Hill’s garlic-laden dishes with it, but the emphasis is on its seafood specials. Chef Brad Wein has the innate sense to know just when the fish needs to come off the flame to bring out its briny freshness. Lemon, garlic, red onion and capers are a constant, and Wein proves each night that simplicity is the soul of outstanding fare.
