The Daily wants to be all things to all people — vegans, vegetarians, the Paleo folks and the gluten-intolerant. It not only succeeds admirably, but also performs a rare feat — you can’t tell what might be missing in its fresh and varied fare. Add a gracious interior designed by Helen Reed, and it’s a place for celiacs and the gluten-intolerant to linger. They can be confident that they won’t accidentally get poisoned by kitchen-staff ignorance or a stray crumb making its way into an otherwise perfect dish.
