Second Place: Tobacco Company Club
Third Place: Babe's of Carytown
Over the top? Yes, and apparently you love every garish bit of it. Go-go dancers, lasers, epic canal views, flair bartenders and nonstop revelry make this joint like spring break all year round, minus bikinis and sand down your swimsuit. DJs drop bass-laden jams on sharp-dressed folks and occasionally there are performances by national recording artists such as My Crazy Girlfriend (a few of whom you might find on the outdoor decks). Theme nights like Daisy Dukes & Cowboy Boots transform the club into a hot box of eye candy, making your 20th visit just as exciting and sweaty as your first one. Remember, they keep it classy up in this place, so heed the dress code. The now smokeless Tobacco Company Club still has a line down the block on weekends. And whether you're gay or straight, the allure of the Babe's dance floor remains irresistible. Just be forewarned about that well-worn pole, folks.
