Betty Baugh Harrison was the first veterinarian in Richmond to offer house calls for sick pets back in the late 1990s. And 19 years after opening Betty Baugh’s Animal Clinic, the team credits its victory to that commitment to customer service, holistic options and involvement in animal rescue community service.
