This 5 week series is designed to take the worry or nerves away from your first yoga experience. This series is for the absolute beginner or the student somewhat new to the practice that desires a deeper introduction. The Beginners Series provides in depth explanations of foundational yoga postures, focusing on alignment, the importance of breath, and calming the mind. Five consecutive classes will build upon each other so you may graduate feeling comfortable attending any yoga class. The series runs from 3/29-4/26. Class meets every Sunday from 12:45-1:45pm at HHY Glenside for that 5 week period.
