The Ashland Strawberry Faire is a free, family-oriented event which promotes the community, celebrates the strawberry harvest and raises funds for Hanover County scholarships. Come visit 300 vendors, including arts & crafts, non-profit groups and Hanover County businesses in historic Ashland, Virginia. The Faire is held on the tree-lined streets of beautiful Randolph-Macon College. Since 1982, the Faire has relied on community volunteers to run every aspect of the one-day event, which includes a Strawberry Parade, BARKing Lot, Pet Pageant and Motor Mile.
