The Alzheimer’s Association Greater Richmond Chapter, in partnership with the Visual Arts Center of Richmond, hosts a social engagement program for people living with dementia and their families, 10 a.m.-1 p.m., Monday, Oct. 2, at the Visual Arts Center at 1812 W. Main St. Through participation in the center’s Engage program, families explore the current exhibition, Damien Davis’s “Color Cargo,” and participate in a hands-on workshop in one of the studios.
