Ady's American Adventure is the story, brought to life by a string quartet, of a young boy named Ady who immigrates to the United States in the 1920s. As he makes his way from Carnegie Hall to the middle of Texas (by way of Jackson Ward), he encounters a wide variety of music and an even wider variety of musicians! When he realizes that there is no single kind of American music, Ady learns what it truly means to be American. Performed by members of the Richmond Symphony. All ages welcome. Come early for free coffee and Nate's Bagels!
