24th annual event with a juried selection of work by 75 artisans, food vendors, activities and live performances by Rachel Leyco, Blue Line Highway, Janet Martin, Bluz Catz and Elana Lisa & The Hot Mess. Proceeds benefit the Richmond homeless advocacy organization, Caritas.
