Opened: Kohlmann’s Market, the companion store to Perly’s Restaurant and Delicatessen, unlocked its doors at 109 E. Grace St. last week, following in the footsteps of its sister store, Stella’s Market. The name Kohlmann is a nod to owners Kevin Roberts’ and Katrina and Johnny Giavos’ partner, Scott Coleman.
