Openings: Korean build-a-bowl restaurant Gogi BiBimBap opened its second location next to Gold’s Gym in the old Rocoto Chicken space. Look for a third in the Virginia Commonwealth University area this winter. … Asado Wing and Taco Co., from the folks who brought you the Flyin’ Pig in Chesterfield, is ready for business at Laurel and West Broad streets.

Lateral moves: Shockoe Slip stalwart La Grotta kind of, sort of may be moving, reports Richmond.com. The deal hasn’t been finalized but don’t be surprised if you see La Grotta reopening its doors in the Miller & Rhoads Hilton this winter. … Akida moved from its Robinson Street spot to the old Black Hand space in the Museum District last week. Owner Kevin Mak plans to open another restaurant, Akasoka, in the vacated space.

Wine dinner: Blue Goat is planning a five-course wine dinner, dubbed Field Recordings, for $60 on Sunday, April 12, at 6:30 p.m. Expect golden tilefish with peach compote, a bacon-wrapped rabbit loin stuffed with rabbit paté and more. bluegoatva.com.
