- Joseph Gordon-Levitt caused a ruckus in Richmond on Friday night. He occupied a 10-top at Balliceaux while college students swarmed like moths to an iPhone. “It was like TV babies met their childhood God,” a witness says. They restrained themselves from stalking him outright, however, and most refrained from snapping pictures. Gordon-Levitt later left for the Camel, where Black Girls were playing.

- In other Stars Eat Too news, Tommy Lee Jones was seen at Tarrant’s on Monday, Dec. 5. And Hal Holbrook dined at Bistro 27 the night before.

- In a rare break from long hours, crew members and their guests were treated to a screening on Sunday of Steven Spielberg’s “Tintin” at Movieland at Boulevard Square.

- On his blog, www.pageplane.com, local designer Chuck Green meticulously documents how Spielberg’s crew has transformed Capitol Square into Lincoln’s White House. Fake trees, chests, barrels and mulch manage to conceal all modern accoutrements — even the trash cans.
