While Neil Young may have immortalized the line that “it's better to burn out than to fade away,” on “My My, Hey Hey (Into the Black),” there's something to be said for the musical artists who just keep playing, regardless of whether they'll ever surpass their signature moment of success. More than 10 years have passed since Sister Hazel delivered its breakthrough single, “All for You.” A jangling piece of pop that highlighted the group's use of vocal harmony, it's the band's high-water mark of popularity. From a professional standpoint, the band has never worked harder or been appreciated more, releasing many albums through the years with a relentless touring ethic and the support of a loyal grassroots audience. Like an underappreciated bar band returning for a hometown gig, Sister Hazel is set to play the Hat Factory on Tuesday, March 23, at 8 p.m.,  $17.50-$20.
