“Selling a house is not fun,” Cabell Childress says. “If you’re going to do it, do it right.” That means pricing a house accurately the first time, he says, and marketing the heck out of it until it sells. His strategy seems to work — despite a saggy market, Childress’ team sold 101 houses in 2010.
