Honeyhoney at the Camel

Saturday, Oct. 8

With a Nashville-influenced aesthetic and a big acoustic sound, roots rock duo Honeyhoney took the music scene by storm with its 2008 single, “Little Toy Gun.” The two musicians put every bit of emotion into their music, making it something to be experienced rather than just heard. To support the release of its newest album, “Billy Jack” (out Oct. 24), Honeyhoney is taking a full band on the road for a 41-date, nationwide Ten Buck Tour, co-headlining with indie-folk singer and songwriter Joshua James — on which all shows are $10. To get a real sense of what Honeyhoney brings to the stage, check it out at the Camel on Saturday, Oct. 8, at 9 pm. $10. 353-4901.
