Harland Williams is known less as a big-time movie-star and more likely for delivering some of the most memorable, if not funniest bit parts in film, from the pee-drinking state trooper in “Dumb and Dumber” (“Tic Tac sir?”) to the crazy hitchhiker in “There Something About Mary” (“Seven Minute Abs”) and co-starring in Dave Chappelle's stoner comedy, “Half Baked.” A stand-up loyalist, the Canadian-born funnyman is at his best when he keeps to his brand of odd, topically disconnected comedy onstage. With his droll vocal delivery and nonsequitur-based routine, the always-random Williams makes a three-night appearance at the Funny Bone beginning Feb. 4 at 7:30 p.m. $20-$22.
