Best Place to Bring Your Own Vinyl

Opened by former Capital Ale House employees Adam Hall and Jay Bayer, Saison has added a twist to its quaint menu books, craft beers and signature take on Southern cooking. Every Tuesday the restaurant serves a bring-your-own-vinyl night, from 5 to close, when patrons can bring their own records for the bartender to spin. In return they get $5 off their meal, along with the pleasure of serenading the crowd with the music of their choice. “It’s pretty fun and builds sense of sharing and community,” Bayer says. “At least that’s our intent.” But it’s probably difficult to think of pairings for Norwegian death metal.
